Ahh.  I forgot that crossing a river _into combat_ costs an extra movement.
This mistake will cost the French army one extra infantry ( obviously from
the same corp that lost the previous two factors) and one artillery factor.
This will adjust the forces in the battle to 19I, 6C, 11A, 2G.
