Re: [eia] Battle at Genoa, Neapolitan rolls

So in round 1, the French inflict 10% of 10 = -1 I casualty, and -1.1 morale
on the Naples corps. The Neapolitans inflict 10% of 8 = -1 M loss on the
French, along with -0.6 morale.

In round 2, the French inflict 5% of 9 = 1 I loss and -0.2 morale on the
Naples corps. The Neapolitans inflict 10% of 7 = -1 I, along with -1.1 morale
on the French.

In round 3, the French inflict 5% of 8 = -1 I and -0.5 morale on the Naples,
corps, which does not break them. The Neapolitans' last shot inflicts 15% of
6 = -1 I on their enemies, along with -1.8 morale, but the French aren't
broken, either.

Since this was a limited field combat for the relief of Genoa, the battle is
over. The French withdraw to their depot at Grenoble, with no PP changes on
either side. The II Naples corps is now 5 I strong.

The Genoa garrison needs to make a forage roll, BTW.
