France's manipulation was set at  +2.  According to my records;
    France started in the high 7 box,
    -3 DoW (to high 6 box),
   +1 at Wittenburg (low 7 box),
   +4 at Kustrin (middle 8 box),
   +2 for manipulation (low 9 box),
   -2 for drift (middle 8 box),
I believe kyle is correct where he has France on the chart.
