If the British hadn't pursued and blockaded, then the Spanish fleets could have retreated 5 spaces to Tripoli, then moved 6 more spaces during Spain's naval phase, which would add up to the same amount of movement.

After Nelson has moved 7 spaces, doesn't it seem unrealistic that he would be able to continue moving all the way back to Tripoli to blockade the Spanish fleet?
Just wondering what everyone thought.
