[eia] voluntary access

Am I right in thinking that we decided that once you have forces in another country's territory by voluntary access, you are *not* immediately ejected once you lose that access? I remember us having a long discussion about this, and if I recall correctly, the conclusion was that the only way to get someone out of your territory once they are there is to remove them by force (i.e. declare war).
Assuming this much is correct, I just want to clarify that the same rules apply for fleets as for corps, right? If your fleets are in another country's port and you lose voluntary access, there is nothing saying that you will be jettisoned from the port (just as there is nothing that says a corps will be ejected from the country). Of course, the owner of the port can choose not to use the harbor guns in your defence (but they always have that option regardless of voluntary access).
I just want to make sure that you cannot be suddenly jettisoned from a port even if voluntary access is rescinded. I'm pretty sure this is correct, but I want to make sure everyone else agrees that this is the correct ruling.
