Both British fleets pursue and blockade the French at St. Malo.  This
concludes the British naval phase; Turkey and France still have theirs to
take.

I wish I could be more help on the Cyberboard issue, but I needed someone to
walk me through it myself when I installed it.  Someone else more qualified
would be a better helper.
