No, no garrison; the depot there is destroyed.  However, because of the 12
factors in Stockholm, the foraging roll there is 1-, not 3-.  So the
Stockholm garrison loses 2 factors (a roll of 3 on 1-), the Madrid garrison
loses 1 factor (a roll of 5 on 4-), and the Benghazi garrison loses 2
factors (a roll of 2 on 0-).  Does that sound correct to everyone ?
