Re: [eia] battle of Turin wrap-up


    I thought there was a rule saying that I could drop a garrison after a
battle, but I guess I was wrong about that.  I don't want to start a house
rule debate in the middle of my turn.  So for now, let's just say that we
will follow the rules as written and there is no garrison at Turin.
