You can't build two depots in any one supply chain in one turn. But the
depot in Alexandria *isn't* part of the same supply chain as the one I'm
trying to place with the Venetian fleet. It's chain goes from Sarajevo to
Karlstadt to Venice---all of which long predate this turn---and from there
to the Venetian fleet.
