Re: [eia] retreats


    The conclusion of our discussion was that a power would be retreated
towards the closest of the following depots:
- the major power's own depots
- depots of powers with whom the retreating power is currently combining
movement.

    That is why I placed a dinky corps in the mountains between Eastern
Lombardy and Salzburg, because I wanted to force him to retreat all the way
back there.
