    No, I would not have fought a trivial combat.  I would have burned the
depot and retired into the city.  So the breach roll stands.  Both garrisons
surrender rather than fighting.
    What the hell, let's go out with guns blazing!  (They're only political
points, right?)  The French I fleet will go out to face the British II
fleet.  The French I fleet will meet its doom with honor!
