    Mike,
    These orders use one depot (the depot at Minsk) to supply 7 corps (all
going to Vilna).  The maximum number of corps that can be supplied from one
depot is 4.  You can fix these orders by simply adding a depot to the space
north of Minsk at an additional cost of $1.
