IV:  hold at London
V (w/ I corps):  Portsmouth ---> Hull
VI:  blockade Toulon
VII:  Hull ---> Newcastle
 
Portugal:  hold in English Channel
Denmark:  hold off Christiana/Copenhagen
 
Austria can go ahead with his part of our combined naval orders or wait until last, as he chooses.
