    Sorry for the delay.  I didn't see JJ's naval orders until Friday morning before school, and then after school I did some celebrating (because it was my last day in front of the classroom) and didn't get home until late.

 

    Anyway, here are my orders.

 

France's naval phase: All fleets remain in port.

 

France's land phase: Since Prussia has been so accommodating to the French corps on loan, France chooses to move first in the land phase in order to help pay back that debt.
