No, I guess I had meant the blockade box.  I had put "port" on the others to
try to signify a difference.  The corps could not fit inside the city
anyways since it doesn't hold more than 10 factors.  If I have screwed up my
orders, I apologize.  Let me know if I need to alter anything because I
don't want you to feel I was trying to be ambiguous.

I want to make sure I understand this move correctly.  The fleet is
entering the port, so the corps will be required to debark into the city,
correct?
