It just occurred to me that I can set Mailman (the mailing list software) 
to rewrite the Date header with the date the message reaches the list. That 
way, there'd be no need to include a time with every message because 
there'd be a consistent date somewhere that everyone can see without having 
to look at other headers. I'll go do that now...
