The British II fleet completes its move from sea areas 26 ---> 24 ---> 22 ---> St. Malo blockade box.
 
Next, the British III fleet blockading St. Malo begins its move from sea area 22 ---> sea area 25.  Does the French II fleet wish to attempt interception ?
