[eia] oops

As soon as I sent my last email, I realized that Viborg and St.
Petersburg are adjacent, not 2 spaces apart. So $2 is the right cost for
feeding the 2 Spanish-controlled corps there. (D'oh!) Sorry about that.
I'm still not sure about using an ally outside of combined movement to pay
for supply. (After all, GB has already gone and made no provision in their
orders for feeding Spanish troops. But even if it had, the principle of the
matter is that combined movement allows two armies to coordinate. It seems
to me like it violates the point of the combined movement rules for two
countries to coordinate their logistics in this way without combining
movement. That is, it seems like you are getting the benefit of having
combined movement while also getting the benefits of not combining
movement - like 2 assault attempts on St. Petersburg.)
