    There are a couple of problems in these orders.  First, there are 2
corps at St. Petersburg (Swedish and Spanish), but you have only paid for
one of them.  (Since each of those 2 corps are 2 spaces away from their
nearest depot, they *both* cost $2 to feed.  Feeding them both would cost
$4.)  Second, since Spain has not combined movement with Great Britain this
turn, I don't think that Great Britain is allowed to feed your troops.  (I
could be wrong about that, though.  JJ, could you please verify?)
