[eia] French naval movement, Part III

    The French III fleet continues its movement to sea space 35, 34, and 33
(off Marseilles).  At this point, the fleet has moved six sea spaces and
runs out of movement points (because it started in a stack containing 2
fleets).  The Spanish/Turkish naval phase may now commence.
