So the Russians gain the wind guage and sink 2 ships, 1 Spanish and 1
Turkish.  The Coalition fleet then responds by sinking 5 Russian ships.

Spain and Turkey both gain +1 PP, Russia loses -1 PP.

Russia must choose whether to retreat to the closest French-controlled port
(either Naples or Ajaccio), or be retreated one sea space.
