    Oops.  I forgot all my minor countries!

Bavaria:  1 inf. garrison appears and Nuremburg, 2 inf. are added to the
Bavaria I corps.
Piedmont:  2 inf. garrison appears at Turin.
Wurttemburg:  2 inf. garrison appears at Stuttgart.
Naples:  2 inf. garrison appears at Taranto.
(Holland was unable to purchase units, and Hesse and Baden have only
recently come under French control.)
