The Turkish reinforcement phase is unlikely to affect anyone else's, so 
here it is:

Syria corps adds 1I (6I, 4C).
1 Syrian garrison placed in Damascus.

Tunisia corps adds 1I (5I, 5C).
1 Tunisian garrison placed in Tunis. (Garrison there is now 2.)
