[eia] Turkish Retreat

	This dose lead to an odd retreat situation now.  With the removal of the 
Turkish depot off the coast, the only remaining depot is at Constantinople 
and the retreat space is to the NE, back towards the city and in the 
direction that I attacked from.
	Seems odd, but I guess that's where the surviving Turkish forces go.
