    Hey, Coalition-partners.  I know you guys have already divvied up the
peace conditions amongst yourselves, so why don't you all get a move on it
and make it official?  :-)  Seriously, though, what's the hold up?  The
other thing that needs taking care of is that the Swedish forces need to be
set up.  Danny, what that means is you need to assign available infantry and
cavalry factors to the available Swedish corps [your assignment choices will
be public due to a house rule that states that minor country military
strengths are public knowledge] and you need to place those 2 Swedish inf.
corps as well as the 1 Swedish fleet somewhere on the board.
    When those things have been accomplished the Political Phase will be
over.  At that point, we'll move on to the Reinforcement Phase.  [If there
are people who wish to submit reinforcement orders early just to get things
moving, please do so.]  As I'm sure you will all remember, we had decided to
do naval and land reinforcements simultaneously (except for France and GB -
who go last in their specialty).  The order is Spain, GB/France, Prussia,
Austria, Turkey, Russia, France/GB.  So once the political phase is over,
Spain will be back on the clock for their reinforcement orders.  (FYI,
Danny, many things happen during reinforcement which are invisible.  You
only need to report things that would change the map, e.g., picking up or
putting down a leader, a depot, or a corps counter.)
