The Baden corps does indeed surrender.  No, I would argue that because all
of a minor country's land forces are wiped off the map when their country is
conquered, no matter where they are, the same would apply to POW factors.  I
think the spirit of the rule is for the conquerer to have to start fresh
when rebuilding that free state's forces.
