OK, I will roll for both of us as soon as Spain's orders are in (if the
Holland fleet gets to roll ... heh, heh).   : )
As you probably remember, in a naval battle in a port, the attacker
automatically gains the wind guage.

BTW, Kyle, do you know whether France is going before or after the Coalition
in the land phase, or does it depend on the outcome of the naval phase ?
