    The problem is that you cannot pay to supply a corps that force marches.
In addition, there is a -1 to forage modifier for force marching.  So that
corps would forage at a roll of 1- (3 base - 2 for winter - 1 for force
marching +1 for home country).  So if everything remains the same, you would
spend $2 less, but you'd have to make a roll at 1 or less.  In light of this
info, you may want to revise your orders.
