[eia] correction to Turkish Land Phase, Feb 1805


    Joel, I think you may have forgotten that it costs +1 extra movement
point to use a crossing arrow.  So, moving a cavalry corps from
Constantinople to the 3 space on the other side of the crossing arrow would
require a forage roll of  5- (3 base value - 2 winter + 3 remaining movement
+1 for home country).
