[eia] Britain's upcoming schedule

Hi, guys.  I just wanted to let everyone know that Great Britain chooses to
go _last_ in the naval phase (or at least after France).  I'm hoping that we
can get to this point by Saturday, because Sunday I'm going to Illinois to
take a class on teaching AP Physics, and I won't be back until late the
following Friday.  Britain goes nearly last in the land phases, so if we
could get to the end of the naval stuff before I go, then we shouldn't have
to miss a beat, since others can be sending out their land orders while I'm
gone.  Here's hoping that this will work out; I would hate to hold everyone
up for a whole week.
