    Heck, it doesn't matter to me where the Spanish fleets end up.  So I'm
happy sending my political orders out immediately.  However, before I do, I
wanted to find out if we want to find a way to send our political phase
orders in such a way that they are all revealed at once.  I remember Joel
mentioned an email "escrow" thing that he was setting up.  Is that near
completion, Joel, or should we just go ahead with our non-simultaneous
old-fashioned method?
