Yes, but through combat your opponents could eventually figure out that corp A holds x amount of troops. Still, it's probably better than nothing.

Couldn't we create generic corp counters for each country.   For example,
for France, create Infantry Corp counters A - N, and Cavalry Corp
counters A-D.  Then it would be up to Kyle to keep track that Infantry
Corp counter A is corp VI, and cavalry Corp counter B is cav corp IIIC.
