    Cool!  Now that we have all the pre-existing war announcements in, I can
safely reveal the hidden announcements from Russia and Austria.  Austria
declares no pre-existing wars, and Russia declares a pre-existing war with
Turkey.  So at the beginning of the game, France and Great Britain are at
war and Russia and Turkey are at war.
    Mike, you are officially on the clock.  If possible, please provide your
land setup orders within the next 24 hours.  After we get Mike's we'll move
on to Joel and Everett.

Let the games begin!
