[TCG] more about the ferret

The ferret isn't where it should be.  On 25 December it should have
moved to (1, 4) and put its focus there, and the next day it should have
moved to (1, 3) and incremented Kelly, and by now it should have
incremented Kelly again.

I argue that rule 34 and the ferret don't exist because proposal Ferret
failed to modify phi, thus wouldn't have left the ruleset in a
noncontradictory way.
